Goals of Counseling/Talk therapy:
To help you find awareness, and root causes of issues. Most of the time those issues have roots in the unconscious mind and in the body. My style of therapy is to address root causes at the unconscious level and help you to retrain your conscious and subconscious mind to a new pattern and have your reality show up the way you want it!

Counseling area of focus:
Traumas… extreme or mild.. anything from post traumatic stress disorder from being in a war, or raped, abused, sudden loss of loved one.. depression, grief, low self esteem, anxiety, phobias, anger, weight problems, addictions, abandonment issues, and more.
I see people of all ages. I offer individual and couples therapy.

Modalities used: existential, person-centered and gestalt, acceptance and commitment therapy, some cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom therapy.

Traditional Psychotherapy:  My style of psychotherapy leans towards a blend of Existential, Gestalt, Jungian and Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well.
