Counseling

Counseling is used for:

Traumas… extreme or mild.. anything from post traumatic stress disorder from being in a war, or raped, abused, sudden loss of loved one.. depression, grief, low self esteem, anxiety, phobias, anger, weight problems, addictions, abandonment issues..

Modalties used:, existential, person-centered and gestalt, acceptance and commitment therapy, some cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom therapy.

Traditional Psyhotherapy:  My style of psychotherapy leans towards a blend of Existential, Gestalt, Jungian and Rogerian  techniques, but I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well.
