BEFORE BOOKING a session, please know, if you are a new client, we require a $25 deposit to hold your spot in the schedule. So when you request a day and time, you will be contacted and sent a link to pay the deposit. The remainder is due the day of session.
ALSO, PLEASE NOTE.… if you have to cancel, 24hour notice is asked. A fee of $25 will be charged the first time, and additional instances, the cost of the whole session. 1 emergency is excused. If you have prepaid sessions, you will simply lose that session.
If we cancel on you in less than 24 hours, I will get you back in for a session within 48 hours! This is as fair as we could get it.
